It seemed that after studying and reviewing dozens of shooting simulators and training systems from around the world, nothing could surprise us anymore. But no, once again, manufacturers are creating truly unique training systems. Although for the first time, we're talking not exactly about a shooting simulator, but rather about a high-tech auxiliary tool for weapons training. The American development team of Scenario Trainer, consisting primarily of seasoned combat veterans and former law enforcement officers, has unveiled the gunSHOT BOX, the core element of their training systems. It's important to understand, however, that the gunSHOT BOX is primarily designed to make the training process as realistic as possible, or more precisely, to immerse the trainee in the stressful environment of a real firefight. One could even say that it's a shooting simulator that focuses on the shooter's psychological preparation. But don't even think that we're talking about another laser simulator now, because to understand the operating principle of the Scenario Trainer systems, we'll most likely have to recall the concept of electric current from the school physics curriculum.

The portable gunSHOT BOX system is an electrical system of charged capacitors that, when activated, create a blast wave and flash of light inside the case they are housed in. The electrical explosion, in turn, is accompanied by a naturally loud 125 dB sound, similar to a real gunshot, which irreversibly immerses the trainee in a state of stress. The system is wireless, allowing training to be conducted anywhere. A RAS-PACK system is also available, consisting of two gunSHOT BOXes, specially secured for transport, which the shooter wears on his back like a regular backpack. It should be noted that each case weighs approximately 8 kilograms, meaning carrying two RAS-PACK cases will require a good level of physical fitness.

The electrical system is activated by pulling the trigger of the training weapon. It's worth noting that the Scenario Trainer team offers training weapons from Smart Firearms, included with their shooting simulator. Depending on the kit, this could be a pistol, an assault rifle, or even a grenade. Wireless connectivity between all system components allows for use within a range of up to 30 meters, including across multiple rooms, making it possible to create a variety of training scenarios for military and law enforcement personnel.
