This allows dry firing without moving the bolt to bring the trigger to the cocked position. This fact protects the user from acquiring unnecessary muscle memory - chambering a cartridge by moving the bolt with each shot. It is important to point out that the training mechanism does not cause any harm to the components of the firearm, because made from softer materials. The Spring Pak trigger system included in the training mechanism allows you to adjust the trigger pull, allowing you to simulate most modern pistol trigger systems. One of the disadvantages of DryFireMag is the fact that, due to its design, the shooting simulator will not allow you to practice tactical reloading.

To date, the patented DryFireMag training magazine is only available for certain firearms. Let's introduce some of them, such as GLOCK pistols. It should be noted that the manufacturer in question has closer cooperation with GLOCK. In addition, the shooting simulator is available for Sig Sauer P320 pistols, the Smith & Wesson M&P model range, and Springfield XD. Taking into account the fact that for greater effectiveness, modern idle training is carried out using laser feedback systems with a target environment or simply shooting ranges, the company presented its solutions in this direction.

The manufacturer presented sets of its DryFireMag training magazine with Laser Ammo laser cartridges. For now they are only available for Sig Sauer P320, GLOCK 9 mm, and GLOCK G43X/48. It is important that the manufacturer points out the fact that training magazines are compatible only with Laser Ammo laser cartridges.
